Aimed at volunteers joining a community radio station for the first time, Skills for Community Radio is a new accredited course developed by Radio Regen. It gives newcomers the technical and research skills to produce their own radio shows as well as an entry-level qualification. |

A 10 to 12 week course teaching a wide variety of radio skills - aimed particularly at unemployed people, those excluded from traditional education and those returning to the education system after periods of caring for children or illness. |

The course provides a wide variety of radio skills, including how to put together a report, plan a production, write a script and interview guests. You could even get your work broadcast.
