The North West Community Radio Network is a forum for licensed community radio stations as well as those awaiting licenses. The Network aims to support community radio stations in North West England at their different stages of setting up, in skill and information sharing. It also works to build a profile of community radio within mainstream agencies such as the NHS, Regional Development Agencies and the BBC.

We have been meeting since 2006 with the aims of networking to share information and support each other in capacity building. We have held information-sharing meetings as well as skills days.

These meetings and training sessions have been run thanks to funding from Ofcom's Community Radio Fund. The North West Community Radio Network is funded by Ofcom's Community Radio Fund and coordinated by Radio Regen.
